Quit alcohol–this time for REAL–for the next 30 days = Daily Checks. Drink more water = Check. Start Online Journaling & Audio Podcasting to entertain myself-because I will spend HOURS experimenting with fonts, backgrounds, grammar, photo placement and musical segues until I am too consumed and exhausted to cheat on my goals = Check.
